Do you have a Trade Program?
Yes, in an effort to support designers and firms of all sizes, we invite you to join our Trade Program. There is no minimum purchase requirement to join; rather, we offer an inclusive pricing structure. We support more than just interior designers and decorators. We invite creators such as architects, home-developers, home-stagers, and professionals in the hospitality industry to join our community.

How can I find out the status of my order?
We have a hardworking Customer Experience Team who is ready to assist you with any further questions about the status of your order. You can email them at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will do their best to get you the most up-to-date information and timelines.
When is my card charged?
All orders are charged in full at checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Unfortunately, damages can occur during shipping. We apologize if this happens to you and share your frustrations. If you receive your item and it is damaged please email us within 48 hours of receipt at email@example.com with photos of the damaged item, your packing slip and your order number. We will happily file a claim and process a replacement or a refund for the item that you received. We reserve the right to make repairs using a reputable local furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization. Please do not discard the item(s). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that our team can begin working to find a solution for you! Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Orders can be placed at any time on our website. You will be charged for your order at time of purchase and your order will ship as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to out of stock items or long delivery times.
